Kari Ann Peniche, the third wheel in the Eric Dane/Rebecca Gayheart sex tape, has finally opened up about the little indiscretion. We all know that it is a “nude tape” and not a “sex tape” and now she wants the world to know she didn’t leak the tape or tell the police illegal activity was going on.

She told EOnline.com:
“Rebecca and I hit it off—she’s really funny, she’s a really cool girl…”I don’t know, we just had a lot of fun. If I was going to leak it, I would have done that a long time ago. Nobody raided my house; I haven’t had any contact with LAPD.”
