Katie Holmes is almost set to release her won clothing line. Katie‘s fashion choices have been notoriously hit and miss (one can just take a looksy at last summer’s cropped jeans to get a sense of what we mean), so we’re hoping she channels some of her good taste acumen into the line of women’s and children’s wear.

Katie has co-designed all the pieces with her stylist, Jeanne Yang. The line will be called Holmes & Yang (via WWD).
Hmmmm. The jury’s still out on this one. On the one hand, we’re thrilled to see Katie delving into one of her passions (Tommy Cruise seems a little suffocating, and she hasn’t always looked, er, healthy). But the world needs another celebrity clothing line of $50 t-shirts like the o-zone needs another puncture.
We’ll just have to see how this one plays out. Would you buy one of Katie’s designs?
