Lily Allen broke down in tears on stage. Lily Allen was performing in Finland when she crumpled into tears, smearing her glittery, glam rock eye makeup. Lily is known for wearing her heart on her sleeve and has been bruised various times by several men. Was she reacting to another broken heart?

Fortunately for her, no. This pain, according to The Daily Mail, was more of the physical kind. She told her twitter page that she fell down and hurt her back.
‘I feel a bit emotional tonight and if I cry it’s not because of you but because of me,’ she told the Finnish crowd. Prior to the performance, she wrote on her Twitter page: ‘Fell over badly last night and I’ve really f***** my back up. Just had an injection in my bum. How am I gonna get through tonight’s gig?’
Ironically, the name of her newest album is “It’s Not Me, It’s You.”
