Lindsay Lohan has adopted a British accent. Lookout, meltdown ahead. When Britney Spears had her meltdown a couple years back, she took on speaking like a Brit too. Now Lindsay is doing it, speaking to the press like she is British. Is her meltdown straight ahead?

Lindsay has been keeping a low profile the last two weeks, but paps caught her shopping. When they did, she talked to them with a heavy British twang. Practicing for a movie role? Via Irish Central:

The Irish-American actress displayed the first sign of an impending celebrity meltdown: she spoke to the paparazzi in a British accent.

Now Lohan has done just that, telling a TMZ reporter “Please stop” over and over again in the same posh accent.

There probably isn’t a need to worry yet. If Lindsay goes and shaves her head, then look out! Send her to the nearest rehab facility ASAP! Do you think the British accent was an accident or on purpose? It got Britney the help she needed!
