Armani and Beckhams have not made any official statement regarding Victoria’s departure but rumors in the fashion circle that it’s a given as reports by Softpedia
Victoria, it seems, wants to focus on her own fashion endeavors and an extra clause that would be added to a new contract – i.e. to travel around the world to promote the lingerie collection – would stand in her way of doing that. Therefore, Armani is considering replacing her with the hottest “female commodity” on the scene right now, Megan Fox.
“So who’s going to fill the spot [Victoria] just left for Armani underwear? Elle creative director Joe Zee reports: ‘LA is buzzing that Megan Fox is signed to replace her.’ Fox would make sense; she did just attend the Armani Prive couture show at the beginning of July.”
