Miley Cyrus’ stalker, Mark McLeod, has struck again! Cyrus has finally put a restraining order against McLeod, who was also arrested on June 22nd for sneaking onto her movie set in Georgia. McLeod was arrested on Tuesday night and charged with criminal attempted stalking.

McLeod, according to reports by The New York Daily News, has sent Cyrus countless love letters and thinks she has responded by giving him subliminal messages on television. McLeod was released from jail back in June due to overcrowding, but found himself back in the Columbia County Detention Center and his bond is set at $50, 000.
