Kourtney has been photographed wearing loose fitting clothes the last several weeks, which is unusual for any of the Kardashian sisters. Kourtney has been single for some time as well, so the mystery deepens… According to Perez Hilton:

Kelly Clarkson was photoshopped for the September Self cover. While we always thought Kelly was an interesting choice for the health and fitness magazine — she isn’t exactly in shape — it leaked onto the Internet that Clarkson was photoshopped pretty heavily for the cover.
Editor in chief Lucy Danzig, however, doesn’t think Photoshopping is such a huge deal. The editor took to her Self magazine blog yesterday to blast the Internet. She wrote:
Heidi Montag isn’t satisfied with her breast size and wants an upgrade. The current Playboy cover model spoke to the magazine about her twins, Spencer and the scientific process she used when picking out her news breasts. Heidi took it all very seriously — as she should have we suppose.
