Miley Cyrus’ stalker, Mark McLeod, has struck again! Cyrus has finally put a restraining order against McLeod, who was also arrested on June 22nd for sneaking onto her movie set in Georgia. McLeod was arrested on Tuesday night and charged with criminal attempted stalking.

Kelly Clarkson finally opened up about her weight to Self magazine. Since winning American Idol in 2002, the public has viewed an array of Clarkson weight fluctuations. One moment she’s plump, the next she’s a bit thinner. Much like Jessica Simpson, Clarkson recently said she’s come to terms with her less than Hollywood-esque physique.

American Idol announced that regardless of Paula Abdul not returning, they’re still looking for a fourth judge. Earlier this week, Paula Abdul alerted the masses that she won’t be returning to the wildly popular show. Although no concrete reason has been cited, we reported (via The New York Times) that it was probably due to money issues. Namely, Paula isn’t getting enough.
