Paula Abdul’s New Variety Show
Paula Abdul is brainstorming new show platforms after ousting herself from American Idol. Paula isn’t ready to take a bow from prime time television. In fact, she’s thinking of hosting a variety show or talent show on ABC. Wow. Hm. Could Paula really carry an entire television show to herself?

TMZ.com got word that Abdul also wanted to be executive producer of whatever show she hops on board. Oh, and she also wants to be in the driver’ seat, i.e., have a Simon Cowell type of presense on camera as opposed to playing the second fiddle again. But don’t think money isn’t an issue. Paula experienced even more “intense” anger toward American Idol when she learned her replacement, Victoria Beckham, is raking in $275, 000 an episode.
