Police are now looking at Eric Dane’s nude tape. They aren’t watching it to see Eric, his wife Rebecca Gayheart or Kari Ann Peniche for fun. They had been investigating it prior to the leak for illegal activity! Oh oh, doesn’t look good for the three stars now.

Police - not to mention Eric, Rebecca or Kari Ann – are not happy it leaked out for several reasons. It messes up the police investigation and the privacy of all three has been invaded. And they might get busted over something in the tape! From People Magazine:
The LAPD has confirmed that detectives are investigating a DVD provided to them in July from an unnamed source who claimed it “contained images that could link celebrities engaging in illegal activity.”
But before police could determine if a crime was committed, the tape leaked onto the Internet, the LAPD said in a statement.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out the illegal activity is drugs, you think? Hopefully Eric and Rebecca are clean and this won’t affect his role on Grey’s Anatomy!
