Samantha Ronson may have staged an intervention for Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay has been in a downward spiral for weeks with it appearing Sam gave up on Lindsay and broke up with her. But supposedly Lindsay and Sam were together over the weekend for Sam’s birthday.

Lindsay was asked about an intervention and replied it was weird and no such thing happened. According to the SF Gate:
Lindsay Lohan has brushed off “weird” reports her on/off lover Samantha Ronson staged an intervention in a desperate bid to save the actress from meeting an untimely end.
The National Enquirer reported that Ronson was so terrified for the Hollywood wildchild’s health, she recruited loved ones to confront the star about her alleged drug abuse.
The tabloid also speculated that Ronson had managed to convince the 23-year-old to go to counseling sessions they would both attend.
If Sam had staged an intervention, I think it would be a good thing. It shows that Sam still cares about Lindsay, even if they can’t be a couple. And it shows that Sam might care more about Lindsay’s well-being than her two parents that don’t appear to give a rip. Kudos to Sam for trying.
