Yes, they do. Scott had cheated on Kourtney several times and they fear he will continue to do so. Like they say, once a cheater always a cheater. Via Jezebel:

KK thinks the pregnancy is great for raising her profile and wants to open a children’s clothing store in L.A. and design a maternity line.
I hope that last bit isn’t true. She likes the attention and wants to create a clothing line? Don’t do it Kourtney! Be happy and pregnant and leave it out of your business. And as far as Scott, be cautious!
