Seyfried said: “I was uncomfortable, because I normally kiss men. Even in front of people, to kiss someone for the first time, female or male, is still awkward.”
“It’s also awkward when you’re being filmed doing it. And then, of course, there’s still the producers that get to watch that scene every day, and you’re like – it’s inevitable, men are going to get turned on. You know people are going to get turned on when they see this, because it’s, you know, taboo.”
Amanda felt awkward smooching Megan but she is not usually fearful kissing in front of the camera.
Amanda: “Sometimes I have a good time making out with my co-stars, male co-stars, because it’s easy and totally, completely not real. I’m more comfortable with it, because I’ve kissed boys before in my life. So it’s just more comfortable. I think why I felt so intimidated by Megan. Also, with a female, I was worried that she would judge me. It was also awkward because we’re kind of pals.” - via Monster and Critics
As for Megan she had no problem making out with Amanda in the film because she feels “more comfortable” kissing women.
Megan, the Transformers hottie who has revealed she is bisexual said:
“I feel much safer with girls, so I felt more comfortable kissing her in the movie than kissing any of the other people that I had to kiss. I think she was extremely uncomfortable.”

ok so this is what i have to say megan u are the hottest woman on earth and i totaly understand what u mean about feeling comfortable with a woman. i dont trust ar even like men. amanda i get how it would me akward and i agree it did turn on the people, but i read an article where megan thought it was akward as well so…………………..yah but thats what i have to say. oh ya i am both of yours fan.
