DJ AM (Adam Goldstein)’s death has been officially ruled an accidental drug overdose. DJ AM died in his New York City apartment at the age of 36 on August 28th, and investigators weren’t 100% sure his death was the result of  an overdose or suicide.

Medical Examiner spokeswoman Ellen Borakove told People.com Tuesday that a number of drugs were found in his system at the time of his death.

“..the drugs in his [Goldstein] system included cocaine (she could not specify whether it was crack cocaine or powder cocaine), Levamisole (an drug commonly used to cut cocaine), oxycodone (the active ingredient in OxyContin), hydrocodone (a powerful pain reliever), and Ativan, Klonapin and Xanax, all anti-anxiety drugs.”

Wow. That is quite the killer combo. Literally.
