Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart Sues over naked tape leak. Eric and Rebecca filed a lawsuit today in L.A. County Superior Court against Gawker.com, claiming the site unlawfully posted the private video of their naked non-sex tape. They want more than $1 million in damages as reports by TMZ via Pop Eater

In the video, the ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart along with former Miss Teen USA, Kari Ann Peniche were all seen naded in the video; which started making rounds on the Internet in early August. The three were all seem to be intoxicated in the video and all three are shown naked in a bedroom and bathroom.
