Kim Kardashian tweeted a string of pictures in her underwear today. We know, we know. We just keep propagating the Kardashians by reporting on their every flinch. We know. Kim is now yapping about her passionate gym routine. We’ve heard of some workout tape she’s releasing, and now she’s spilling her secrets, via Twitter of course.

So what are they? Oh, inquisitive minds want to know how she sculpts those doughy curves. Well here they are (via I’m Not Obsessed.com):
“Is it weird if I sleep in my workout clothes so I can get up early at 6am and work out? It will force me to and save time!”
OK, we got that one. Now how about her eating habits? Tell us Kim!
“I’m baking a coffee cake right now! yummy! After a long day of hard work I need just one bit! I won’t eat it all, I promise.”
So. Did she eat it all? We are on the edge of our seats.
“I had one bite to satisfy my craving, that was it! Coffee cake was yummy, but a moment on the lips is a life time on the hips!”
