Lindsay Lohan was kicked out of the Bowery Hotel in New York City earlier this week. As we reported, Lindsay attended NYC’s fashion week and acted like a diva — getting her panties in a twist over a seating arrangement she didn’t find acceptable at the G-Star show.

It turns out she stalked Samantha Ronson at The Bowery Hotel and was kicked out for throwing a room service tray at (what she thought) was Samantha‘s door. Hollyscoop reported that Lindsay actually threw the tray at some unsuspecting guest’s door and security came to escort her off the premises.
The same souce said her family is planning on an intervention and a fourth rehab stay too.
