Mischa Barton’s show has been canned after just two episodes! The drama with Ashton Kutcher’s hands in it apparently needs better writers or something. It hardly had any viewers!

The Beautiful Life has aired twice but doesn’t have enough ratings to even air the rest of the five shows made. That stinks! Did Mischa get paid for them? From the Live Feed:

After two episodes, The CW has canceled Ashton Kutcher’s scripted drama “The Beautiful Life.”

Production on the the show, which had been filming its seventh episode, was shut down Friday.

Wednesday’s episode was seen by just 1 million viewers and generated a 0.5 rating in the adult demo.

Hopefully this news won’t put Mischa in to a tailspin. She had been doing better until this week, when she appeared in public looking…messy on set. Was it part of the show? She looks great on the red carpet.
