San Diego’s District Attorney dismissed the battery and false imprisonment charges against Shawne Merriman. Late last week, Tila Tequila accused Shawne of choking her. Shawne later said he was restraining the pint-sized reality star because she was wasted drunk.

Audrina Patridge has a stalker. Audrina, who lives with her makeup artist brother Mark, recently filed a restraining order against a man named Zachary Loering. Zach was acting like a Grade A creep – camped out in front of Audrina‘s home, sometimes ringing her doorbell and crafting creepy tokens of his affection to give her.
A new Twilight: New Moon trailer has made its way on the Internet. New Moon doesn’t hit theaters till November 16th but early tickets are rumored to be have been sold already.
