Paris Hilton will not be sending a Hallmark greeting any time soon. Or at least not one with her picture on it. Paris’ lawsuit against greeting card giant Hallmark will continue!

When you care to send the very best, make sure Paris’ picture isn’t on it. I wonder, how did Paris even know her picture was on a card? Did someone send it to her? From the LA Times:
Hallmark Cards Inc. failed to persuade a federal appeals court to throw out Paris Hilton’s lawsuit accusing the card company of wrongfully using her name and image on a birthday card.
The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday ordered the suit to proceed, upholding a lower-court decision that denied Hallmark’s request to dismiss the suit and rejected the card company’s defense that the card was in the public interest.
Maybe Paris was shopping for cards and stumbled upon it herself. Did you happen to see the card? Was it funny?
