Shanna Moakler responds to Carrie Prejean’s newest lawsuit. The one where Carrie cries religious discrimination as to why she was fired from Miss California. The lawsuit names the head people within Miss California, but surprisingly, leaves out Donald Trump again.

Carrie’s lawsuit seeks damages from how she claims the organization tarnished her name. It wasn’t Carrie’s actions or statements, but she believes, the bigotry of Miss California that did it. Shanna fired back with her own response via her lawyer at Actress Archives:

 ”On Ms Moakler’s behalf, I can say unequivocally that Ms Prejean’slawsuit is without merit,” notes Avanzado. “More importantly, as everyone who watched or read her public statements is well aware, Ms Prejean’s unfortunate and bigoted statements are responsible for any public humiliation or damages to her reputation that she has claimed to have suffered. Ms Moakler strenuously denies that she did anything wrong and looks forward to proving that in a court of law.”

 This sounds like it is going to be a long fight, because I don’t think wither woman, Carrie or Shanna, will drop it until proven right or avenged somehow.
