Shia LaBeouf is dating Carey Mulligan. Carey Mulligan is a British actress co-starring with Shia in the remake of Wall Street. The two were spotted holding hands and being touch-y, feely-like in New York City. Guess those rumors of Shia and Megan Fox were just that — rumors. Such a shame.

Anyway, onlookers said the pair looked very happy together. Who is Carey Mulligan? Fantastic question. We had no idea either. Carey is a British actress, probably most well-known for her role in Pride and Prejudice. She also co-starred with Johnny Depp in Public Enemies.
The Daily Mail reminded us of a charming quote Shia told reporters back during press for Transformers:
Megan is amazing, she’s a spectacle of a person. It was amazing kissing her,’ he said. ‘I asked for like 12 takes so we could keep doing it! Maybe I’ll date her now she’s single.
