Joe Francis sues  Jayde Nicole for threatening him. Joe says he feared for his life in the altercation at a club last month. The altercation where he grabbed Jayde’s hair and dragged her to the ground…hmmm.

Jayde weighs all of about 110 pounds and Joe says he feared she was going to kill him. Would that be as she laid on the floor or when she was sitting at the bar crying? From RadarOnline:

Nicole claims Francis pulled her hair and knocked her to the ground while Francis claims Nicole threatened to kill him. He has also said that he was fearful for his life, claiming he saw Nicole reach for a bottle which he believed she was going to hit him with.

There was no dollar amount mentioned in Joe’s lawsuit, so I think he just threw it out there to be a jerk. How can he seriously be frightened of a girl Jayde’s size? Come on….she’s a size 0 and weighs half as much as he does. I can see Joe being scared of someone like Rosie O’Donnell or Queen Latifah…but Jayde?
