Jon Gosselin banned from twins’ birthday..of course by Kate Gosselin. Jon is not welcome on his twins Mady and Cara Gosselin’s birthday. The twins turn 9 today. It looks like the Gosselin parents are going to be fighting over their kids custody on the twins’ big day, that really sucks!

Jon Gosselin told ET Online (via Pop Eater) that his estranged wife Kate is trying to change the existing custody arrangement to cut Jon out of the kids’ birthday festivities. What does Jon think about that? No can do! He ain’t going to have any of it. So the battle continues…
“She’s trying to prevent me from seeing my kids on Mady and Cara’s birthday,” Jon says. “That’s like giving her full custody by obeying her.”
Jon claims that Kate wants him at the house between the hours of 4pm and 6pm on Thursday, contrary to their agreed-upon schedule. He says that Kate also wants to alter their agreement for this weekend.
Jon’s reaction? ”She can’t tell me what to do.”
Jon adds, “She’s trying to prevent me from seeing my kids on their birthday because she doesn’t want to see me. She doesn’t want to hear my apology. She doesn’t want to work things out.”
Jon quotes an email he says is from Kate, reading: “Due to recent events, it will be too stressful to the kids to have both of us here as planned. I would like to split the evening so they can see us both.” – via Pop Eater
So my understanding is Kate just doesn’t want to celebrate the twins’ birthday together with Jon, doesn’t mean he can’t come and be with the kids on their birthday. Oh whatever, I wish they would just..
For the love of their kids, Jon and Kate you should both calm down and do what’s best for the young kids. I say celebrate their birthday together. If you hate each other that’s fine just keep that to yourself, your kids don’t need any more drama, that’s my thinking.

Exactly!! Why can’t they just be normal for once for their kids?Enough is enough.
Also-I though Kate said she is”broke” and can’t even pay her bills!!! Jon said he is baking cake for the kids from scratch so it feels”normal”.
Yet-there is a party and Jon is photographed buying a cake!
As a single mon with “only” three kids I do know what BROKE is and how it feels to have to do only “so much” on their B-days etc.
