Jon Gosselin cleans out Kate’s bank account. Actually, it was a joint account but it was used to pay the household bills and Jon needed to have permission before he withdrew any money from it. He didn’t have it. Kate is going after him now!

Kate is taking Jon to the cleaners now! She filed papers with her lawyers that will hit a judge early Monday, asking Jon to be placed in contempt of court. From TMZ:
We’ve learned there is an existing court order prohibiting Jon or Kate from withdrawing any money from the account without the consent of both parties.
We’ve learned lawyers for Kate will go to Pennsylvania court tomorrow and argue that Jon has flagrantly violated that order, that he should be forced to return the money to the account and held in contempt.
Just when I think there can’t be any more drama from the Gosselins, they prove me wrong. Helllllo Jon, let’s hire a fancy lawyer and appear around town with him. The lawyer was out with Jon last week and now he appears with him at a charity event? Smells fishy to me…
