Kate Gosselin’s lawyer is telling the media that estranged ex, Jon, owes her $151, 000. Jon still has yet to pay Kate back for that little indescrition a few weeks ago where he skipped to the bank and withdrew $181, 000 on the sly (not really). In fact, Jon Gosselin has only returned $28, 500 of the withdrawn cash.

Usmagazine.com attempted to get to the bottom of the case by interviewing Jon’s lawyer, Mark Heller, who told the magazine Jon had paid back in full.
“That’s factually incorrect,” Kate Gosselin‘s lawyer, Mark Momjian said. Momjian points out that Heller is no longer representing Jon in the divorce proceedings, noting that Jon is now represented by Charles Meyer. “[Heller] is not the lawyer for this Pennsylvania proceeding.”
Ugh. Jon can’t even keep his lawyers straight. What a mess. What a mess. Looks like Hailey‘s going to have to pick up a part-time job on campus.
