Katy Perry celebrated her 25th birthday Saturday night with boyfriend Russell Brand by throwing neon paint at her guests. The bash was held at The Beach On Sunset restaurant in West Hollywood  and it was transformed into Willy Wonka’s factory.

Katy and Russell came hand-in-hand to the party which began with a sit-down dinner at 7pm. As reports by Radar Online:

‘They were totally loved up,’ an eyewitness said. ‘Katy was having a ball and Russell was catering to her every whim.
‘At one point he was down on his knees bowing and offering her a huge swirly lollipop. She grabbed it from his hands and pretended to knight him with it.’

As guests leave it’s clear there was some messy painting going on inside as well. Most of her guests left the party with paint splattered all over their white outfits!
