Kevin Federline is being sued for being a slob. Wow! How many new lawsuits will come about because of this? It’s nothing new, actually. Kevin’s former landlord is hopping mad about the condition the house was left in after Kevin and company moved out.

Kevin, girlfriend Victoria Price and the kiddos he shares with Britney Spears are pigs. They left smoke stains on the walls and ceiling, spit stains and lots of gross stuff. From TMZ:
Now, the owners have fired off a nasty letter to the wannabe rapper, demanding $110,661 in unpaid rent and damages which include:
- Gutters full of cigarette butts and empty beer bottles
- A broken beer dispenser on the barbecue island
- Permanent spit marks on exterior paint
- Broken light covers
- Bent light posts
- Broken tiles
- Dead trees and plants due to failure to water
- Drawings all over the walls
- A room that was turned into a studio (without the owners’ permission)
- Broken dishwasher … with broken baskets
- Dismantled smoke detectors
- Front driveway oil-leak damage
- Master bathroom windows tinted (without owners’ permission)
Well, I’m not surprised really. Don’t these people hire maids though? How did the house get so dirty if there was staff on hand to clean?
