Rapper Lil’ Wayne was sentenced to a year in jail. Lil’ Wayne was caught back in July of 2007 with criminal weapon possession and criminal possession of a loaded weapon, so that’s two counts against him. The gavel struck down today and the verdict was that Wheezy will spend an entire year in prison. That’s the breaks.

According to Celebitchy.com he’s got a baby on the way. How sad.:

“Lil Wayne’s been a busy guy between the July 2007 incident and his plea bargain. He’s expecting his third child of this year. Yeah when I said he was busy I really meant it. This’ll be his fourth child in all, each by four different women.”

Lil’ Wayne will officially be sentenced in February.
