Lindsay Lohan gets a restraining order on her dad Michael and her mom Dina blabs to the press about him. Why is it OK for Dina to blab to the press, but Michael takes all the flack for it? Anyway, what Michael said about Lindsay needing rehab and that she’s addicted to pills is what sent her to seek a restraining order.

While Lindsay was in court getting dad to stay away, Dina was telling the press that Michael should keep his mouth shut and pay child support. From SAWF News:
Michael Lohan needs to focus on being a parent, paying child support, of which he is six months behind, and making up for all the years he was an absentee dad. And stop going on national television talking about his children publicly.”
A source tells the magazine that while Michael maybe contemplating seeking a conservatorship for Lindsay, rattled by the idea Lindsay is already in the process seeking a restraining order against her father.
“Lindsay is actively getting a restraining order, her lawyers have already been contacted,” says the source. “She’s scared. This is really serious.”
Is Lindsay scared of Michael or scared that people will listen to him and get her butt in rehab again?
