Lindsay Lohan is failing her probation class. Lindsay was ordered to take an alcohol education class as part of her sentence from the 2007 DUI bust. Officers just went to a judge to say Lindsay is failing that class…now she’s got to face that judge.

When the judge saw the actions of Lindsay – the apparent partying and drinking – he ordered her to report to court stat! From TMZ:
Sources tell TMZ the alcohol education course which Lindsay Lohan is taking as part of her probation not only contacted the court about Lindsay’s conduct … we’re told they may have already told the court she is outright violating the terms of the program.
If the judge determines Lindsay violated the terms of the program, her probation can be revoked and Lindsay could end up in jail.
It sounds like bad news for Lindsay, but maybe that is what she needs. If a judge throws her in jail for a little bit, she’ll have to clean up. Maybe it would show little sister Ali that partying and being like big sister isn’t the way to go.
