Lindsay is in court today by order to get an update on her drunk driving case that she pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors and was sentenced to 36 months probation after crashing her Mercedes in Beverly Hills two years ago. Her alcohol education program reported the young actress to the court of their concerns about her behavior and if she is found to be in violation of her sentence she can face going to jail.
