Maria Shriver was busted over cell phone. Maria was caught not once, not twice, but THREE times talking on her cell phone while driving. Maria’s husband – who happens to be Arnold and the governor of California – signed a law banning the use of cell phones without hands-free device.

Maria was caught red handed and she knows it. In one video, she drops her phone when she notices a photographer after her. Smart. Arnold heard about her crimes and said she would be punished by swift action. From TMZ:
“I’m sorry. I will be donating my favorite old cell phone to my Women’s Conference partner Verizon through their HopeLine program that helps domestic violence shelters.
I invite anyone else who wants to recycle their old phone to join me.
That’s my version of swift action with a higher purpose.”
I guess Arnold still wears the pants in that family. Good for Maria to realize her actions and do something about it.
