I only hope this was a bet that Stephen lost. Since a hotel manager and not a friend were in the picture, something has to be up. And look at Mel laughing. This red lipstick has to be the payment on a lost bet, because I don’t see Stephen as a cross dresser, do you? It also looks like he may have a touch of eyeliner on.
