Lindsay Lohan is failing her probation class. Lindsay was ordered to take an alcohol education class as part of her sentence from the 2007 DUI bust. Officers just went to a judge to say Lindsay is failing that class…now she’s got to face that judge.

When the judge saw the actions of Lindsay – the apparent partying and drinking – he ordered her to report to court stat! From TMZ:
Peter Andre might have threatened Alex Reid. However, Katie Price is the one saying Pete did so, but I have some other ideas. Katie took to her Twitter to blast Pete for what he allegedly said.

Michael Lohan calls out designer Patrick Aufdenkamp. Patrick is a stylist and designer to the stars and Lindsay and Ali Lohan are some of his clients. However, dad Michael does not like him and hints that he has done bad things around Lindsay and Ali.
