A contestant decided to flash her crotch on the show or perhaps as Nigel Lythgoe, the head judge and executive producer of the show had this to say to TMZ that “It is a crease in the young lady’s panties.” TMZ said they have carefully looked at the photo and didn’t see any panties perhaps they all have bad eyesight then.
