Rihanna’s forthcoming studio album “Rated R“ to be released on November 23rd as Rihanna posted on Twitter a few days back “The Wait Is Ova. Nov 23 09 “ with “Russian Roulette” being the cd’s first single. The song is written by Ne-Yo who also did “Unfaithful“, “Hate that I love you” and “Take A Bow” for Rihanna.  This is the first studio album since Ri Ri’s Good Girl Gone Bad back in 2007
