Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are caught going out! Robert and Kristen have been recluses while filming Eclipse in Vancouver, but they decided to go out this weekend. Was it because of the full moon? Ha!

Only a couple of cameras caught Robert and Kristen, but it was proof enough! The two had dinner and were caught in an elevator going up. From Celebrity Gossip:
Sneaking out for an evening on the town, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were side by side in Vancouver, Canada on Saturday night.
The “Twilight” co-stars ended up grabbing a bite to eat at Pinky’s Steakhouse before being spotted by paparazzi as they headed back to their hotel.
This will spark some interest…they arrived together and left together for the hotel. Is there any doubt that Robert and Kristen are an item? Come on and out with it already!
