Sean Penn tries to karate kick photographers. On the one hand, Sean looks pretty fit for his age. Maybe action movies should be more his style right now, forget the activist roles. Maybe a future in UFC is around the corner.

Sean must have a bad temper, because he’s taken cracks at photographers how many times now? Why do photographers follow him around, anyway? From Access Hollywood:

The Web site reported that photographer Jordan Dawes is accusing the Oscar winner of battery after an alleged incident outside of the Brentwood Country Mart in Los Angeles.

In a photo posted on the site, Penn is pictured with his leftovers in hand, and appearing to kick his leg toward the photographer.

TMZ further reported that the actor allegedly hit Dawes “multiple times” before exiting.

Sean is a loose cannon. I think former wife Robin Wright Penn was what kept him level headed as much as he was before. With her out of the picture, look out!
