Shauna Sand said OK to her sex tape being released. Shauna had signed an agreement that authorized the sex tape release before this whole hoopla began! Imagine that…Shauna was creating publicity around the tape, probably to increase the sales.

Shauna and her boyfriend created the tape some time ago it seems, and agreed to release it via a third party. Why pretend you aren’t OK with it then? From Popeater:

Model/actress Shauna Sand has dropped her lawsuit plans over an allegedly unauthorized sex tape… after Vivid Entertainment brought in a handwriting expert to analyze the signature on their contract. A video of Sand having sex with her current boyfriend is set to be released by the production company, and Shauna — Lorenzo Lamas’ ex — apparently signed off on the project, TMZ reports.

So, Shauna was going to try and get more money by pretending she didn’t agree to the tape, when really she did. Isn’t that like trying to take money on both ends of the deal? Shauna won on all sides – she got her ex to say he won’t take the kids away, she’s getting publicity, she’s making money from the tape and she still has a boyfriend. Not too bad for a little work…
