Stephanie Pratt was busted on a DUI. Stephanie was partying it up with The Hills gang at Holly Montag’s birthday party when she left drunk. Stephanie was pulled over when cops saw her driving funny.

Stephanie is still in jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond. Can’t her big brother Spencer or his wife Heidi Montag pony up the money to let her out? Cops say via People Magazine:

It was your basic DUI. Our traffic officers driving down the street spotted her and pulled her over,” Sgt. Sal Ogaz tells PEOPLE. “She was cooperative and there were no issues with her arrest.”

Police records show Pratt, 23, was arrested at 3:45 a.m., charged with a misdemeanor, and has been transferred to the Van Nuys Jail for booking, where she remains in custody in lieu of $5,000 bail.

I wonder if the MTV crew was around to film this reality? Come on Stephanie, use your brain! Drunk driving kills people!
