Stephanie Pratt faces jail time for her DUI. Stephanie Pratt was pulled over on October 18th on a suspicion of a DUI. Pratt was then locked up and released on a whopping $5, 000 bail! She could land herself in jail for up to six months.

Yet, it wouldn’t be completely jaded to assume Pratt will serve, oh, 20 minutes before being released due to overcrowding. As was the fate for other celebrities (like Nicole Richie) charged with driving under the influence.

Perhaps the most surprising factoid of this little Pratt indiscretion is how she was just barely drunk. According to usmagazine.com, Pratt blew a .08 on one try and then a .09 on another. The legal limit would be the former, .08.
