Britney Spears’ camp denies the false media accusations that hundreds walked out of a show in Perth, Australia. Britney received a beating in the press today after her show was described as “boring” and “stiff.” The media outlets then assert that hundreds funneled out of the performance space before the show had ended.

Today, Britney‘s tour promoter rushed to the singer’s defense (via usmagazine.com):

“Such walkouts never happened, insisted Spears‘ tour promoter Paul Dainty to The Australian newspaper Monday. “Britney is aware of all this and she’s extremely upset about it,” Dainty added. “She’s a human being. I’m embarrassed, with such a big international entourage here with Britney, to be part of the Australian media when I see that kind of totally inaccurate reporting.”

Fragile Britney is apparently a wreck about this entire situation, and her manager, Adam Leber twittered:

“Its unfortunate that one journalist in Perth didn’t enjoy the show last night. Fortunately the other 18,272 fans in attendance did. – Adam.”
