Hailey Glassman subpoenaed to testify against Jon Gosselin! TLC is going forward with their lawsuit against Jon, claiming breach of contract. Hailey is on the list to testify against him, as well as Michael Lohan, Jon’s manager and lawyer Mark and Mike Heller.

There’s a big oops. Hailey will have to testify against Jon, because they aren’t married. You don’t have to testify against a spouse, so will they hurry up and get married too? Oh, wait, he’s still married! From People Magazine:

Maryland’s Circuit Court of Montgomery County has granted motions filed by the network’s lawyers to depose Glassman, 22, Lindsay Lohan’s dad Michael, 49, as well as Gosselin’s lawyer Mark Heller, manager Michael Heller, bodyguard Thomas Meinelt and his talent rep Matthew Kirschner.

 Ha! Looks like being a jerk didn’t get Jon too far. He needs to hang with some better D-list celebrities if he thinks he’s going to make money this way!
