Ed Meyer, Noa’s agent, told RadarOnline:
“Jennifer Lopez does not want the home videos to be entered into the open court record, where the media and the public can get copies of them and watch or share them. I will be filing the videos into the public court record on Monday.”
J Lo filed a $10 million lawsuit against the ex husband earlier this month asking for a permanent court order barring her ex from making the videos public. JLo and her of course top legal team have already won court battles against Noa and contend that he is prohibited from talking about her and making the videos public.
A court order currently in place until December 1 prevents Noa from making the videos public. But Meyer is escalating the battle between Noa and Lopez, claiming that J Lo’s counsel has not acted in good faith.
The battle contines…
The home videos apparently contain images of J Lo on a motorcycle without pants and also show an argument with her mother. Some of the footage is from J Lo’s honeymoon with Noa but there is no explicit sex on the tape.
J Lo and Noa were married for less than a year from 1997 to 1998.
Seriously, think twice before you marry a loser someone.
