James Gandolfini assaults a cameraman on video! Not very smart James! He pulled out his best Sopranos attitude and even used some great lines on the guy before he gave him the one, two punch.

Didn’t James get busted for doing this same thing in the past? From Gossip and Gab:

 Gandolfini was reportedly shopping in New York when a photographer apparently pissed him off. The actor charges toward the cameraman looking like he is about to eat him for lunch!

In the video of the assault, the photog asks Gandolfini to “relax,” to which the actor nastily responds, “I’m going to break your f**cking face!” Some slapping sounds ensue before the camera goes dark.
 

Well this should be an open and shut case for the judge. Way to make it easy for them James. You should have at least broken the camera so there wasn’t video evidence…duh.
