Johnny Depp is going to help Nicolas Cage out of his money troubles. As we reported last week, Nicolas Cage is thisclose to becoming completely bankrupt. Cage is blaming it on an irresponsible money manager, but the actor himself has also been pretty easy, breezy with his millions. Depp, for the record, has said he will do “whatever he needs” to help out his old friend.

According to the Daily Express:
“Johnny called Nic and basically told him not to worry and he’d help him and sort everything out,” says a friend. “Johnny feels he owes his career to Nic and now wants to repay him – if Nic agrees.”
“Owes his career”? What is this craziness dripping out of Johnny‘s mouth? Well, apparently, Nicolas Cage pointed Johnny Depp toward his agent, who gifted him 21 Jump Street and the rest is history.
