Katy Perry won’t be marrying Russell Brand. According to Katy’s father, Russell has met the family and they all think he is a nice guy. But not the marrying kind. I wonder if this statement will put Katy in a rebel mood and make her marry Russell.

Afterall, it was Katy’s strict upbringing that led her to the type of music she makes and the costumes she wears. According to Angry Ape:
Although the ‘Hot N Cold’ singer and the UK comedian have been declaring their public affection for one another, poppa Perry doesn’t think the pair will be walking down the aisle.
“I have met Russell.” Katy’s dad told UK newspaper The News of the World. “I’m not thinking he’s the guy who will be her husband, but he’s a nice guy.”
Is this wishful thinking on his part? Russell is a notorious womanizer, but maybe Katy can make him change? What do you think?

i honestly think its Katie`s life. she is marrying Russell, not her dad or her family. If Katie is happy, then let her be happy and let her marry him. and no offense, but her family needs to realizes she is happy with him.
