Kim Kardashian decided to give her old mug a rest and try on a prosthetic face. Kim was a guest star on “Secret Celebrity” — a new show on E! where fame whores celebrities put on fake masks and try to get their “fans” to talk about them. Kim Kardashian did a show with Nick Lachey. Nick dressed as a middle-aged man with unfortunate hair. He still looked like Nick, though.

Anyway, Kim gave the world a behind-the-scenes look at her transformation on her blog. She went to a top-notch Hollywood makeup artist who made a casting out of her face and gave her a fake nose, cheeks and neck.
Kim looks…frighteningly normal. Hell, you could’ve just washed off all the makeup she normally wears and nobody would’ve recognized her. You know we are just kidding, right?
