Mariah Carey almost landed on her face. Mariah teetered on too high of heels for her appearance on Jay Leno and almost paid the price. That price being the floor right smack on her face! Luckily Mariah managed to save it before disaster struck.

Wearing another skin tight dress with her breasts pumped up to her neck, Mariah hit up Jay Leno’s show to promote Precious, her new movie. According to Popeater:
Mariah Carey almost went face-first into Jay Leno’s stage during a taping of his show on Monday night, thanks to some iffy footwork by the crooner. As Carey was making her way onto the stage, she tripped up and nearly fell forward, but somehow managed to stay upright.
Like a true professional, Carey laughed off the gaffe and went on with the show — like all Hollywood entertainers must.
If she didn’t have crazy high ridiculous heels on….actually, she wasn’t looking where she was going. There is a step there that she missed when she walked out.
